ABOUT THE OWNER
Joanna Pratt, owner of Zsa-Zsa’s Jewelry & Crystal Gallery since July of 2019, was born in Gdańsk, Poland. Her love of jewelry has grown into a lifelong passion for discovering the people, cultures, and stories behind the pieces she brings to Zsa-Zsa’s.
Joanna travels around the world meeting artisans, independent jewelers, and small workshops—from Poland, Turkey, and Madagascar to Mexico, Brazil, Morocco, India, and beyond. She looks for artists with a distinctive point of view, traditional skills, and a story worth sharing.
Some pieces are chosen exactly as she finds them. Others begin with Joanna’s own ideas and designs, then take shape through the hands of artisans who bring their own techniques, heritage, and creative vision to the work. This collaboration is what makes many of the pieces at Zsa-Zsa’s truly unique.
For Joanna, jewelry is about connection. It is about the person who imagined it, the hands that made it, the culture that inspired it, and the story that travels with it.
