Long hook earrings in oxidized silver, with a thin ear wire and an open U-shaped drop that twists a little at the bottom. The metal has a brushed, striated texture, like someone pulled a tool through it in lines instead of polishing it smooth. Each earring has small round green stones set in warm gold-toned bezels, one near the top on the front and another sitting behind it so you catch flashes of green from different angles. 

The green is deep and clean, the kind that reads “real” even from a few feet away. Emerald usually gets linked to love and loyalty, but also just feeling steady in your own skin. Green onyx is more about calm and self-control, less romantic, more grounded. I like that the stones are small, because the shape does most of the talking.

BORA started with three brothers in Brooklyn, New York, and they still do that mixed-metal thing really well. A lot of their pieces use oxidized 925 sterling silver with bronze or gold accents, with a Mediterranean, old-tradition vibe.
