These are real hoops, thin and round, with a lightly hammered silver surface that catches the light in tiny flashes. On the front of each hoop there’s an oval faceted green stone set in a smooth gold-toned bezel, and it sits like a little medallion right on the curve. You also get two small gold-toned ball dots on the hoop, one above and one below the bezel, like little punctuation marks. The green reads deep and cool, more forest-glass than bright emerald.

The stone has that moody green depth where it looks darker until you turn it and then it lights up. Prasiolite is usually talked about as a calm, balancing stone, good for steady choices and not overreacting. Green tourmaline is more “heart + strength” energy, a bit more active. Either way, the bezel holding it tight on a hoop feels grounded, like it’s meant to stay put and just do its thing.

BORA started with three brothers in Brooklyn, New York, and they love mixing dark or textured silver with warmer gold-toned details. A lot of their pieces are oxidized 925 sterling silver with bronze or gold accents, pulling from Mediterranean tradition without looking precious.
