This pendant is oxidized 925 sterling silver with a heavy oval frame, all textured like it was hammered and pressed by hand, not polished smooth. Around the edge you get warm gold accents, little raised tabs that look almost like rivets, plus a chunky, sculpted bail at the top. The stone is an oval labradorite cabochon, glossy and dark gray until it catches light and throws a deep blue flash across the surface. It sits inside a thick rim, held in place by those small gold tabs spaced around the frame.
Labradorite looks moody in the shade and then suddenly lights up blue when you move it. People usually reach for it when they want a little protection, better focus, and less mental noise. The sturdy rim and those little gold tabs fit that vibe, like the stone is locked in and guarded.
BORA began with three brothers in Brooklyn, building pieces the old-fashioned way at a bench. The style pulls from Mediterranean shapes and history, with oxidized 925 sterling silver finished off with bronze or gold accents.
