Mixed metal drop earrings with a soft pink round stone at the top in a gold-toned bezel, like a little button. Under that there’s a straight gold-toned bar, then a long black oxidized V-shaped frame hanging down. In the center, a tiny oval stone dangles on a short chain. The two little drops aren’t perfectly matching in color, one reads more raspberry and the other more plum.
The pink tops look milky and calm, not sparkly, more like rose glass. Rose quartz is the classic “soften up” stone people use for love, kindness, and not being so hard on yourself. The darker little drops feel moodier and deeper, garnet usually gets tied to confidence and energy, and tourmaline gets the protective vibe. I like the mismatch, it makes them feel less perfect and more real.
BORA started with three brothers in Brooklyn, New York, and they don’t seem afraid of mixing sweet stones with rougher metal shapes. Their pieces are often oxidized 925 sterling silver with bronze or gold accents, with Mediterranean roots and old-tradition details.
