This is a pendant on a dark oxidized chain, with a little stack of linked rings above the stone. The stone is a faceted kite shape, clear-to-honey quartz with a mess of fine golden-brown needle lines inside. It’s capped with a small gold-toned cone at the top, then hangs from a dark silver bail that looks slightly hammered. The whole thing has that worn-in, mixed-metal look, not shiny-polished.

The needles inside are the whole point, it looks like someone drew hair-thin lines through the quartz and then froze it.
