Oxidized silver hoops with a hammered, slightly rough surface, not smooth-polished. Each hoop has little gold-toned bezel “dots” spaced along the front, like small stations on a track. Two of those bezels hold clear round stones that catch light fast, and the top and bottom bezels read more like gold caps.
The clear stones look crisp and bright, the kind of sparkle that doesn’t look fancy, just clean. White topaz usually gets tied to clarity and focus, like clearing out mental clutter so you can think straight. CZ gets picked for the same reason sometimes: you want the look and the light, not a whole dramatic story. I like how the little bezel dots feel like tiny headlights on a dark road.
BORA was started by three brothers in Brooklyn, New York, and they still lean into texture and hand-done details. Most pieces are oxidized 925 sterling silver with bronze or gold accents, with a Mediterranean-rooted, old-tradition feel
